Unlike physical goods, digital course access cannot be "returned" once granted — you gain immediate access to all 21 days of lessons the moment payment is confirmed. For this reason, we ask that you review the course description, curriculum, and pricing carefully before purchasing.
If a payment is deducted from your account but the order does not show as successful, or you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, contact us immediately with your payment reference — we will investigate and issue a correction where a genuine error occurred.
If you are unable to access the Course after a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve the access issue promptly — this is a support matter, not a refund.
